Another coyote video

Post by Jerry Hunsley »

Here is another video I found while looking through my old stuff. This was a hunt about two years ago. I set down and howled and instanly l had three coyotes on me. My dog allerted me to them. By the time I saw them they were on their way out. I saw them down at the bottom of the draw and took a shot at the last one , just before he went out of sight. I was pretty sure I hit him. Then I heard one of the other one barking and that went on for quite awhile. They were the two other coyotes. I kept working them and pretty soon the one on top joined the lower coyote. I kept working them and finally one started in. He came to the top of the hill where I explained and I flat a$$ missed him. He was only two hundred yards and my gun is dead on at 200yds. Again, you see a lot of sky where as I put the cam-corder down to shoot. Maybe I shouldn't be showing the wounded one and will probbably catch Hell showing that. I know Tim did when he videoed his wounded one. This video is good for a laugh or two. I haven't even tried calling out at this place yet this year, but after Christmas I will. Enjoy. Tim does a better job than me when it comes to filming.

That is pretty dang good video work for one person, everyone else has at least a pair or three people when calling to record video. One guy calling and one guy shooting and a video man. You're three guys in one. :D
But seriously, good video.
