WT/ Base stand

Post by Tim Anderson »

I finally came up with a stand for my WT to get it up off the group so the sound well carry better and to also keep it out of the snow or mudd. It also works as a carry handle and it sits well on the ground or on the hood of my truck for when i'm locateing..

Hey TA is that the stand for one of those shop lights? Looks good. I was going to mount mine on a tripod I think.
I would rather have a slow hit than a fast miss...

You can use a camera tri-pod but they are not very sturdy and the caller can also tip over if you have any wind..
Yes the stand came from a work lite. I think i paid 12.00 for the lite of which i will put on another stand that i have..

Looks good Tim.I use a backpack so have a system using that on mine.Thats also the camo with the inside flap being white and the outside being Predator brown so I'm set for most situations.
I'd definitely follow your idea though if I didn't use the pack.
