Hi!
I have been to this website for a few weeks, and finally decided to join in the fun. To give you some of my background, I have been on the hunting scene for slightly over sixty years, and coyote hunting for almost two. Not to say that I haven't shot yotes before but not by using calls, but old fords. I have hunted in mainly western Montana and moved across the mountains and onto the plains three years ago. I have learned somethings by the way of hard knots (that's when my partner hits me with his gun butt) and listening to tapes, CDs, and DVDs, and going out and doing my best or worse at getting coyotes to come in. I am getting good at the distress calls, learning the howling, and experimenting with some bird calls. Some success in each of the categories. And best of all, having fun! Great pastime and keeps me out of my wife's hair. Thanks for the great website.
