Im looking to subscribe to a coyote hunting magazine and was wondering what your guys opinion was of which on I should get. Any info from you all would be great.

I know Jamie recommend "Trappers World" to me a while back. Look back under product review, I know there has been some discussion on useful magazines

I am a member of the North Dakota Fur Hunters and Trappers Assoc. With your membership you get 12 months of Trapper and Predator Caller. It's a good one. Lots of good articles.

Another good one is Predator Hunting. This comes out twice a year - Fall and Winter issues. I have found that some articles in there are repeats from Trapper and Predator Caller. They might be published by the same company...I think they are.

The Varmint Hunter Association puts out a great mag with lots of relevent info on hunting and shooting.

How could of forgot about VHA magazine, good info, I only have read a few but very good sources

What most people need to remember when they look at and read most of these magazines is that it is one mans opinion!! Some of it has never been tested and proved in the real world. Varmint Hunters after reading a few of theres does a pretty good job of cutting out the B.S. and giving you real life stories and experiences. You know the articles will be good when the president himself hunts coyotes almost everyday

I'd recommend VARMINT HUNTER, or PREDATOR XTREME. TRAPPER and PREDATOR CALLER is a good one, but it is geared more for the trapper (IMO).

Varmint Hunter doesn't always have a lot on coyotes specifically but always something and usually its very good.On the other hand,if you want good info on rifles,ballistics,shooting,etc its the top mag out IMO.

Predator Xtreme is allright. I feel there is a lot of ads in it, but I get a free subscription courtesy of allpredatorcalls.com.

Yes Trapper and Predator Caller is more trapping, but I think reading about trapping helps you understand a little about the behavior and habits of the animals, which will in turn help your hunting and calling. I don't trap but still read the articles on trapping.

You can read Predator Xtreme on the internet for free. It'll be an issue behind, but it's free.

Just go to:
http://predatorxtreme.com/

Then go way to the bottom of the page, You'll see a picture of the current issue, to the right are several links, on the very bottom of those links it says "check out the digital archive"
Click on that and you'll see their mags for several months.

They have a lot of adds that's the only problem with PX.

Trappers World and Varmint Hunters are the only two that i read anymore.

Trapper and Predator caller puts out those two issues a year that are jam packed with just calling stories and articles.
