I am sorry guys for getting off the coyote path but this is just to good not to share. I don't have the whole story yet but my brother-in-laws brother Lane Johnson shot this buck in Canada with Jim Lake Outfitters. It is the largest whitetail ever taken there and may possibly hit the record books for whitetail shot with muzzel loader. I understand it scored over 200inches. The deer was shot on either Thursday or Friday of last week and they were unable to find it before it got dark. Him and his guide went back the next morning and with the help of two coyotes spotted running out of the trees they were able to find it with of course most of its hind quarters and rib cage ate up but I hope you guys enjoy the pic and I hope to see Lane in the record books. Great Deer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They would have to drag me out of the woods if I saw that when I was hunting. I would probably have a heart attack.
