2 Wa Dogs Down

I went out with a couple of buddys yesterday for some morning coyote hunting. The temp was very warm 37 at 7:00 a.m. but we went for it anyway.
On the first stand we had this dog come in and sneek up on my buddy in the tall sage. I noticed it at about 75 yds and he wasn't able to see it till it was 10 yards from him. After the coyote spooked he had a couple of running shots that he was unable to connect on. His brother Brent was higher up the ridge so he was our last hope. Brent rolled the coyote @ 200yds on a dead run.

The second coyote was a few stands later. This one came in to about 60 yds and I couldn't quite get positioned for the shot. He headed down a little draw and popped up on the other side where I stopped him with a bark. My partner took the shot and hit the coyote back a ways. It spun and then stopped so I sent one more into him and dropped him.
