another trail camera coyote. we dumped some apples for the deer. the treestand is only 20 yards away. do coyotes eat apples??

I dont think coyotes eat apples but i know there prey does Hes hard to see in the picture but he is there Nice pic and keep the pics coming!!

I wouldn't doubt it for a second they are hard on the watermelon farmers in the south why wouldn' t they eat apples? Great pics

A friend of mine back home had apples by his treestand and when they started disappearing he put up a trail cam and there were numerous pics of coyotes eating the apples and never got a pic of a deer.

coyotes must eat about anything. I guess if you can't find meat you would probably eat anything.

Earlier this fall if I didn't get to the apple trees in our yard and pick them up for the deer, the dogs would clean them up, then fart some nasty farts So liste n on a calm morning maybe you'll hear a yote fart

In Washington state the coyotes eat the hell out of the apples that hit the ground in the orchards. No trapping, snares, M44's or aerial gunning in that state. Calling only. this state, especially east should be just plum full of coyotes.
