Looking for a new digital caller

I have a dennis kirk wireless tape caller that works great until it gets super cold and then the tapes tend to freeze and has ruined a few stands in the past and Im looking to buy a new caller and wondering whats good for around $300 I like the western rivers apache . Anyone have any information on these or other callers.
